Adding Subscribers to a Ticket

You know what to do when you want to stay on top of the conversation of an unassigned ticket. But, how do you make others in your team stay updated on unassigned tickets as well? You could ask them to subscribe to a ticket, but it’s not very productive. Thanks to our newest update rollout, you now can subscribe people to tickets all by yourself.

To do that, after adding an update or a private note, click on the Add Subscribers link at the top and start subscribing people. They’ll be alerted via email as and when an update is added to the ticket!
