Reports make a valuable tool for business intelligence. That’s the reason we have integrated an advanced reporting module in HappyFox. Besides the colorful graphs and charts, the views section breaks down the analysis in numbers.
The tabular view in particular offers a wealth of information. You can always export the same in CSV or excel format for later analysis. Now, we have additional columns in the tickets Tabular Information export – First response time, Response time and Last closed date of the tickets. That’s three more pieces of critical information to analyze and understand!
