Associating Staff Members with Categories

Scaling up your support team is a walk in the park with HappyFox. Did you know that there are just three fields to fill while creating a new staff member account? After creating staff members, you should also consider associating them to select categories or all the ones you have got. Keeping your staff focussed on areas where they excel is a key advantage of assigning them to categories.


As noted earlier, staff members can be associated with one or more categories and they’ll be able to see tickets only from those categories. Just check off the category names and you are good to go!
