In its lifecycle, a ticket goes through many statuses and priorities. Priorities can be changed swiftly from a slick prompt that shows up when you click on the Priorities section in the ticket.
Changing of statuses is now equally seamless as well. To change the status of a ticket, click on the original status and select the right one from the cool prompt that’s on display. All your custom statues and color codes are retained and the status is changed instantly.
