Email integration works like charm in HappyFox and ensures that all customer complaints are converted to tickets. Embeddable form widgets are another quick and easy way to allow your customers create trouble tickets.
Embed codes for the widgets are readily available from the Integrations section under the Manage tab of your account. You could either copy and paste it to your webpage or create a new one of your own.
The embed codes generated when you create a new widget is going to have the same support page link. However, you can customize it to hilt. Right from the positioning of the widget to the title and colors, everything can be made to fit to your tastes. To top them all, the form can be restricted to create tickets only in select categories as well.
For the tech savvy, embed codes are available in two formats – basic HTML and jQuery. The former will open a ticket form in a popup window, while the latter will display it as an overlay.
