Do More with the Actions Menu

A gorgeous and intuitive interface is one of the USPs of HappyFox. Our design team is always hard at work to make the user interface more refined and streamlined. In one such effort, to make it easy for you to find and execute ticket level actions from one location, we have moved them all to an easy to access location.

Their new home is the More Actions drop down at the top right corner, right next to Jump to last response.


Forward, merge, print, clone, tags, time spent – all the actions that were available below the Additional Information section have been moved.

In addition, we have recently added the ability to add subscribers to the Actions menu as well. With this update, with just a few check marks, you can ensure that your staff members get a constant stream of updates as and when there is some action in the ticket!
