As a part of our new upgrade rollout, you can now edit the ticket subject line right from the Ticket details page itself.
To do this, you’ll have to enable the functionality for users by visiting the Roles section of your HappyFox account. This has to be done for all the available roles in your account to make the feature available to everyone. To get a better understanding of the Roles feature, check out our blogpost.
Once this permission is enabled, the staff can see the pencil icon by the side of the ticket title. Click on the icon, update the subject and hit enter to save it. Simple, isn’t it?
