Forwarding a ticket is an easy way to keep someone in the loop about the conversation in a support ticket. When you are including a third party or a vendor to expedite the support process, this feature comes in extremely handy.
When you are forwarding a ticket, you have the option to include or exclude private notes and all messages in the ticket. Now, we have an additional feature that helps you decide if you have to send the attachments along as well.
From the appropriately named Attachments section, you can select or deselect attachments before sending them. Alternatively, you can upload new files from here as well. Give it a try!
