Keeping Tabs on Edited Staff Responses

With proper rights (awarded at the discretion of the helpdesk administrator), anyone in the support team could edit staff responses. This functionality allows you to fix typos or factual errors fairly quickly, without waiting for the corresponding staff member to make the correction.

The details of the edit – time, date and the person who updated the response – are all now available immediately below the response. So, if you are planning a prank on your coworker, watch your back!
