Engaging potential customers from your website via live chat is a brilliant business move. But, to convert those leads you’ll need to engage them constantly. A bridge between a live chat app and a help desk solution makes for a killer combo. That’s why we went ahead and integrated HappyFox with P3chat!
HappyFox integration with P3chat ensures that all chat conversations and offline messages are converted into tickets. The transcript of the entire conversation is readily available in the ticket, making it easy to follow up and engage the customer further. Tickets created in HappyFox are duly shown in the respective message history screens in P3chat as well.
You’ll need a P3chat account and you can try the service free for 14 days. To activate the integration, start by visiting the Integrations page of your HappyFox account under Manage.
Generate a new API key and copy it along with the Auth Code. That’s all the work you’ll have to do at HappyFox.
Login to your P3chat account and pay a visit to their Integrations page. Pick HappyFox from the list and paste the API Key, Auth Code and your HappyFox support URL. To stay better organized, select the default category in HappyFox where you want the tickets to be created and their priority level.
Save the settings and you are good to go! From here on, tickets raised from P3chat interactions should now be available in the category you have specified in HappyFox. Link to the ticket created in HappyFox for the respective conversations will be available in the Message History section of P3chat.
