Mass Replying to Tickets

There could many scenarios when the answer for multiple support requests are the same. It could either be a temporary downtime issue or a quick reminder to customers about the upcoming webinar. You could do all that with the Mass Reply feature.

Replying to multiple trouble tickets to support agents can be done in a few clicks from your HappyFox account.


After selecting the respective support requests from the ticket view, click on the Actions drop down at the top and pick Mass Reply.
