Categories in HappyFox is a great way to offer specialized support. From time to time, you might want to move tickets from their original category to another to ensure exceptional support.
To move multiple tickets, select the relevant ones from the main tickets page and opt for the Move option in the Actions drop down menu.
In the ensuing page, select the category you want the ticket to be moved to. That’s just two easy steps to ferry multiple tickets around!
Moving only one ticket is even quicker. Click on the Change Category name in the ticket details page and select the appropriate category from the drop down.
While moving a ticket from one category to another, you can assign them to the respective staff member in one go as well!
