Quick Tip: Attaching Multiple Files to a Reply

We know that any type of file can be attached to your replies in trouble tickets. One common question that come our way is that, “Is it possible to attach multiple files to a ticket?”. Of course, you can.

Just click on the Attach a File link at the top of the rich text editor every time you have to attach a file. Compose your reply and then click Add Update. The files will find their way to the customer along with your response!
