There are so many things you could do using the Smart Rules feature. Moving tickets that don’t meet the conditions you have set is a new addition. So, the next time you want to route all tickets with the word “demo” in the subject line to the Pre Sales category, just deploy a smart rule.
To achieve this is simple, add as many conditions as you see fit for the workflow. Once that’s done, look for the Set category to action in the Actions drop down menu.
