The goal is to resolve all the tickets that land on the support queue. But, it’s not really productive to have all those tickets on a single page. Depending on your comfort level, you can choose the number of tickets on display at any given time from your HappyFox My Settings page.
10, 20 or any other number that catches your fancy can be set in the Tickets per page field. Save it and going forward you’ll only see the number of tickets you’ve chosen per page. This setting is not limited to the main tickets page. It extends to other status filter listings as well!
