HappyFox works tirelessly to keep both the customers and the support staff to stay on top of support requests. All updates are sent to the email address in the staff or contacts’ profile. But, at times, you might want to turn off notifications for a short while or even permanently. To enable or disable notifications, click on Manage in the menubar.
HappyFox gives you all the control and you can decide if you want to disable or enable notifications of certain kind across the board or only for select categories. Managing notifications of various types is just a click away – use the check box to enable or disable them.
To take care of category level settings, click on the type of notification, pick the drop down right next to the category and choose the Notification Disabled option. Simple!
