Quick Tip: Spotting Tickets with Attachments

HappyFox works overtime to intimate and alert you about ticket level actions at every turn of the way. Two examples of these subtle notifications are the little red dot and red exclamation mark. Not to let another corner sit empty, our designers have put in place an icon to let you know about attachments in the ticket.

In the main tickets page, you can spot support queries with attachments by checking the top right corner. A paperclip icon will promptly alert you if there are any attachments. Hover over the icon and you can also see the number of attachments in the support query.

To view the attachments, click on the attachment from the Ticket details page. All attachments in the message will be displayed by an overlay!
