We’ve left no stone unturned when it comes to email support. As promised, and in a continued effort to make HappyFox the best cloud based help desk app ever, we plan to roll out the ability to offer voice based support in the next few weeks.
Taking advantage of the Twilio’s cloud communication API, we are going to allow you to attend support calls right from the HappyFox account. Tickets will automatically be created with a recording of the conversation attached to them.
