The friendly user interface of HappyFox makes sure that everything you need to know about a ticket is right in front of your eyes. Take for instance the main tickets page. All the tickets sport a status, ticket number, assignment status, customer’s name, category, due date among other things.

The subject line and the first few lines of the support request are on display as well. If you are clear what the customer is enquiring about, you can respond instantly by clicking on the Quick Reply icon.
