Changing the Time Spent on a Support Request

Logging time spent on a support query is one of the many options available in the rich text editor.

Adding Time Spent

Every once in a while, an agent might underestimate the time spent on a ticket.

And if that’s a key metric you are going for in the support process, you can quickly add to the time by using the add option in the Time Spent section of the ticket.

Whoa! Time Travel!

That’s all good. What if you want to deduct a few minutes from the time spent on a ticket? Try using a minus symbol in front of the number of minutes you want to deduct in the Add Time field.

After a quick calculation taking into account the arithmetic operator in front of the number of minutes entered, HappyFox will update the log precisely!
