Thanks to the Actions drop down menu, the Sort and Category filters, coupled with the good old search field, finding tickets is never a problem. Still, it makes a lot of sense to have an advanced search feature that can take multiple attributes in a search query.
We listened to your requests and have come up with a far advanced alternative. The new feature under wraps will allow you to search for six different attributes at the same time.
You can either type in the attributes and keywords yourself or use the advanced search form instead.
The advanced search feature and a few other interesting ones are part of the upgrade scheduled in the next couple of weeks. We’ll keep you posted once the feature goes live and for sure, there will an extensive walkthrough to know more about it!
