Keeping people in the loop when you responding to a support request is just a click away. Earlier, you had to add contacts to the Cc and Bcc fields every time you marked a copy.
To make this workflow far more easier, we now have added the option to include multiple recipients right when you create a ticket.
Marking additional copies keeps multiple people from the same organization stay on top all the ticket updates. Most of the times, the contacts in a conversation are going to be the same. Naturally, this new addition should save you a lot of time!
In case you need to bring in more people in addition to the existing recipients, you can do so by using the Add Cc and Bcc fields without any trouble!
