HappyFox is great at alerting you of important customer support requests. There is the red dot, exclamation mark, priority markers among other things. Priority in particular is a way to communicate the urgency of the support request to the support staff.
To further emphasize on the urgency levels of a trouble ticket, we have made the two highest priority levels stand out among the rest. The highest priority level is now displayed in all uppercase, bright red letters. The second highest priority level is now shown is bold letters making it impossible not to notice.
