Couple of weeks ago, we intimated you about the enhancements and improvements that we have made to HappyFox. Here is a peek at some of the highlights of the new features, enhancements and fixes that we have pushed out to all our HappyFox accounts.
We’ve simplified the workflow to get tickets unassigned from a support team member. Now, you can do that quickly by clicking on Assigned drop down and selecting Unassign.
Rich Text Editor
Mass Reply and Move Ticket features now have a rich text editor for you better format and present your response!
We have streamlined the manner in which a list of items is displayed in a drop down. From now on, they would be displayed in alphabetical order in both drop downs and multiple choice custom fields.
We have put in a lot of effort into file attachments and the way they are handled in HappyFox. In particular, inline attachments won’t expire anymore and you can view them inside your tickets at anytime.
Among the list of improvements there are two major highlights – an updated mail parser to better read and understand incoming mail and better validation in Work Schedules for those with SLA feature in the account.
