We are thrilled to announce an update to our HappyFox Help Desk pricing structure, designed to better accommodate the needs of smaller companies while enhancing service quality for our higher-tier customers. Here’s a detailed breakdown of what’s changing and how it will impact our valued customers.
How Does This Impact Existing Customers?
Rest assured, existing customers will not experience any changes in their current pricing. You can remain on your legacy plan for as long as you wish. Upgrades and downgrades will continue to function seamlessly. However, please note that changing your subscribed plan or changing your payment term will require switching to one of the newly available plans.
What is Changing?
Main Change: Per Agent Pricing
We are excited to introduce a new, lower-priced plan – Basic plan starting at $24 per agent per month. This plan is tailored for small businesses and companies with up to 5 agents and basic help desk needs. Basic plan ($24 agent/mo) replaces our current lowest-priced plan – Mighty plan at $39.
New Plan Names:
- Basic: Starts at $24 per agent
- Team: Previously, Fantastic.
- Pro: Previously, Enterprise.
- Enterprise Pro: Previously, Enterprise Plus.
The Team, Pro, and Enterprise Pro plans will see slight price increases with this change. Below is a comparison of the old and new per agent pricing plans (annually billed):

Unlimited Agent Pricing
We have discontinued our Starter plan and introduced the Ultimate plan, with ticket limits starting at 1 million tickets. Additionally, the pricing for Scale and Scale Plus plans has increased, accompanied by an increase in ticket limits.
How Does This Impact Customers Currently in Trial?
Customers currently in trial will need to select one of the new plans. If you prefer to stay with the existing plan, please contact your account executive before June 30, 2024.
