March 2014 updates – Transformation season

Integrations

  • Facebook Integration – The Social media connect is here. Convert all your facebook messages to tickets.
  • Remote Desktop Integration using LogMeIn Rescue – Provide remote support to your customers and employees via LogMeIn Rescue on HappyFox
  • Smartsignin (Perfectcloud) Integration – Start logging in to HappyFox with the most secure Single Sign-on and identity access system and save time spent on remembering multiple passwords.

Invoicing

  • Invoices on HappyFox – Now, you can download invoices for all your payments right from the HappyFox app with the click of a button.

Enhancements

Ticket Activity

  • Notification for moving ticket from one category to another
  • Add Subscriber action on Smart Rules
  • Font Name option in Forum’s Rich Text Editor
  • Staff New Ticket Form – Lookup by Custom Fields
  • Captcha for all end user forms
  • {{assigned_staff_name}} in Notifications to denote the current assignee of a ticket

Knowledge Base and Support Center

  • SEO Friendly Knowledge Base URLs
  • Addition of LinkedIn share link on Knowledge Base
  • Due Date option in Support Centre -> New Ticket Form

Staff

  • Improved workflow when staff tries to login with staff login credentials on the support center login page
  • Default “Expand All” option for all staff
  • Enhancements for the numbers shown on the staff dashboard – Fixed issues with permissions, like access to all tickets/only assigned tickets
  • Sort section names, articles in alphabetical order in staff panel

Contacts

  • Showing suggestions based on name, email and contact fields on Contacts search
  • Contact groups now available in Compact view

Integration Enhancements

  • HappyFox – InfusionSoft Integration – Now two way information flow possible, both from HappyFox to Infusionsoft and vice versa
  • Salesforce Integration Enhancements – Two way information flow from Salesforce to HappyFox and vice versa
  • Highrise CRM – Apart from pushing HappyFox ticket updates to Highrise cases, you now have the added option of pushing ticket updates to Highrise notes as well.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed bug where saving a smart rule with “trigger webhook” action was not failing
  • Fixed bugs related to ticket updates – when custom fields are updated while updating a ticket
  • Fixed bug where mass action was not working In IE8
  • Fixed bug where edit custom fields on ticket detail page not working on IE8
  • Fixed bug where assignee drop down in mass reply was not listing the staff common to ticket categories
  • Fixed issue where it was possible to set due date to a date in the past via keyboard input
  • Fixed bug where it was not possible to change the status by selecting the tickets from the ticket list page in IE 8
  • Fixed bug where clicking pagination arrows on ticket list page would deactivate the category filter drop down
  • Fixed usability issue of turning off browser auto complete on certain forms
