Our quest to localize Customer Support takes us to Hungary, this week. In the course of writing this article, I also learned from Wikipedia that Hungarian, the official language of Hungary, is the most widely spoken non-Indo-European Language in Europe. Keeping this fact and other facts that I learned aside, lets get on to the actual purpose of this article.
The steps mentioned below would guide you on how you could use HappyFox to support your customers in the Hungarian Language. Read on to know more.
1.Click on ‘My Settings’ once you log into your HappyFox account.
2. Select ‘Hungarian’ from the Language drop down.
3. Confirm this change in setting by clicking on the ‘Update Profile’ button.
