Not everyone wants to land on the pending ticket queue. It might either be your role or by personal choice, you might want to start your day by visiting a different page in your HappyFox account once you login.
Keeping this in mind we have for you a neat little option in the My Settings page to pick and choose the page you want to see immediately after logging in. On top offering you the choice of all your statuses to land on, you can also start your day by visiting the Dashboard first.
Have a customized ticket queue that you have painstakingly created? Select MyQueue from the list and off you go!
