Are you someone who handles tickets from multiple queues? If so, from time to time you might find tickets with a low priority ending up at the top of the queue. To avoid this and to ensure that priority tickets get the attention that they deserve, you should try using the My Queue feature in HappyFox.
The idea behind this feature is fairly simple – allow users to create a personalized queue to display tickets in their preferred order of importance. While it might sound like it’s such a chore to do it, in practice it isn’t!

Personalizing the Queue by Adding Conditions
Visit the My Settings page and navigate down to the section aptly titled My Queue. From here, use the drop down menus to select a category, ticket status and its ownership to setup a queue. Repeat the steps to include tickets from multiple categories, statuses and ownership.

Accessing My Queue
Once the conditions are all set, you can access the personalized queue by clicking on the My Queue link in the main tickets page.
My Queue isn’t limited to personalizing the ticket queue, alternatively it can be employed to do stuff like showing all unresponded tickets in one place too!
