See All Unresponded Tickets in One Go

Attending to unresponded tickets is priority number one. We’ve already talked about the little red dot that alert you of unresponded tickets. But, how to see all tickets that need to be sent a response from a single place? With a couple of clicks and a tiny rule in the My Queue section of the My Settings page, you can achieve the desired result.

Click on Add a condition and select the category from where you want to see the unresponded tickets from. The second dropdown will display the ticket statuses and pick Unresponded from the list. You can either choose to see only those unresponded tickets assigned to you or if you want to go that extra mile, tickets assigned to others can be added to the list as well.

Save the condition and follow the same steps to add other categories too!
