The main tickets page is the Grand Central station for all the support requests. Tickets from all categories and priorities can be readily accessed from here. To those who want to view tickets in an order of their preference, there is the HappyFox My Queue page.
To further make ticket discovery easier, we have the Just In section in the Dashboard. You can keep an eye on all your newly created support tickets from the dashboard. Use the refresh button at the lower left corner to keep the list updated!
