Linking support tickets that are related has two benefits – recurring issues can be tracked better and it makes ticket resolution quicker by referring to similar issues.
In the ticket details page, click on the More Actions menu and look for the Add Related Ticket link. Click on it and search for a ticket number.
Not sure of the ticket name? Don’t worry, HappyFox will start auto suggesting ticket numbers as you start typing. In addition to the ticket numbers, the title of the tickets are also shown to make things easier for you.
Select the appropriate ticket and click on the Add as Related button. That’s all the work you will have to do! You can repeat the same process to link multiple tickets together. Once you are done, all the related tickets will be displayed at the bottom of the ticket details screen.
