SLA or no SLA, it pays to keep track of support response times. Your HappyFox instance is capable of recording the timestamps of all the responses down to the minute. For new responses, it makes a lot of sense to highlight the time elapsed in minutes or hours rather than a full blown timestamp with date, month and year.
However, it goes without saying that HappyFox remembers the timestamp in detail and displays it in its entirety after 24 hours. To see the detailed timestamp, hover over the time elapsed beneath the name of the customer or the support staff.
