In tickets, both your customers and staff members can attach multiple files to their responses. To make internal communication and collaboration easier, it’s now possible for you to attach files to private notes as well.
To attach a file, just click on the appropriately named Attach a File link in the rich text editor. Multiple files can be added the same way.
After suggesting a solution to your colleague, click on the Add Private Note button. Once that’s done, your comment and the attachments will be available for your team. To emphasize, customers won’t be able to access either the message or the files.
